These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of docassay.com (the "Site") and any related services offered by DocAssay ("DocAssay," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or booking a demo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, and only to learn about, evaluate, and request a demo of DocAssay's products and services. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent

2. Booking a Demo

When you request a demo through our Site, your information is submitted to Calendly, our third-party scheduling provider, to arrange and confirm the session. By booking, you also agree to Calendly's Terms of Service. Booking a demo does not create any contractual obligation between you and DocAssay beyond attending the scheduled session.

3. No Warranty; "As Is" Basis

This Site and any information on it (including product descriptions, walkthrough videos, and blog content) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms govern use of this marketing website only; a separate agreement will apply to any paid product or service you enter into with DocAssay.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any data results produced during trial or demo periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the DocAssay name and mark, and product screenshots — is the property of DocAssay or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site links to and embeds content from third-party services, including Calendly (demo scheduling) and YouTube (product video). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocAssay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
